How long have you been in business?
The Maryland Inn has welcomed guests since 1776. The two other historic buildings on State Circle were aquired later and the 29-room Robert Johnson House opened in 1983 and the 51-room Governor Calvert House a year later.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer historic charm combined with modern luxury and excellent customer service. Our 3 distinct properties provide living museums of a glorious era in Maryland’s history. Plus our family of three historic hotels is steps from the Maryland State House and within walking distance of the United States Naval Academy, Historic London Town & Gardens, and beautiful Chesapeake Bay.

From Baltimore/ Washington International (BWI) -Follow Interstate 97 South to Route 50 East (approx. 20 miles). Take Rt. 50 east, to exit 24 Rowe Blvd. Follow Rowe Blvd. towards downtown historic Annapolis. At the end of Rowe Blvd. you will turn right onto College Ave. Follow College Ave. to Church Circle. Go around the circle and make a right onto School St. Follow School St. to State Circle and make a right. Follow State Circle halfway around to the Governor Calvert House (58 State Circle).
