How long have you been in business?
Oh, I've been in business a while now...I just love what I do!
What is your primary product or service?
Real estate: from beginning to end and beyond! I love assisting the "Seniors" Community. I am an Erickson-preferred Realtor who has the luxury of working with a highly-specialized network of service providers. I also enjoy navigating the home-buying process for First-Time Home Buyers. My chosen career is demanding but oh so rewarding! I am humbled by the amount of referrals, which I attribute directly to my family, friends (many of whom are past-Clients) and business relationships.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Early on, my father encouraged all of us to invest in real estate. He would say, "It's a great place to put your money!" Currently, my parents are using their real estate investments to supplement their retirement and enjoying every minute of it. I see the value in it, "I get it;" I found it only natural to become "a part of it." I love what I do! Yes, it's a challenge, at times; but, for me, that's what makes it all worth it! I have the honor of meeting wonderful people and making a positive impact on their lives; and then, staying connected for years to come! For me, it doesn't get any better than that!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have an extensive background in graphic design which allows me to offer a unique approach to the marketing of Sellers' property. And, my negotiating skills are quite strong; providing strategic positioning of Buyers' and Sellers' Offers and Counter-Offers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I am licensed in the state of Maryland and if you'd like a referral to an Agent in another area, I'm connected to other Top Producers and happy to assist with that as well.

Our Annapolis Sales Office is located at 102 Old Solomons Island Road, Annapolis, MD 21401. From Route 50, to Route 450, to Route 2 -- we're conveniently located at the intersection of Route 2 (Solomons Island Road) and Forest Drive.
What type of payments do you accept?
None. All costs associated with the purchase and/or sale will be reflected on your Settlement Sheet (Closing Disclosure/HUD-1).
Which areas do you service?
I am licensed in the State of Maryland. All counties, all cities, all towns, and all areas. I specialize in Anne Arundel County, and the surrounding areas: Prince George's, Montgomery, Calvert, Howard and Queen Anne's Counties. To ensure my Clients are well-connected, I align myself with other top producing Agents.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. is now owned by Warren Buffet. We have Regional Managers who oversee the individual Offices; and, Branch Managers who manage our specific Sales Offices. Dan Early is the Branch Manager for our Annapolis Sales Offices (the Eastport and Parole Offices).
What are your hours of operation?
8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, All Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
