How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was a full time musician and dockmaster in St. Michaels until my mother developed dementia. Being an art collector I decided to change my vocation so my mother could be safely with me. I opened the gallery and started playing in Nursing facilities where my mom could accompany me. She passed in three years and my life went on. With no regrets my partner and I continued the gallery and today I still play music and sing for patients and staff at local nursing homes.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Each item we offer is completely hand made by local artisans We buy nothing from catalogues and every item is one-of-a-kind..
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just the one...and no I cannot expand as I am proudly 100% involved in the gallery.

We are located on the main street (S. Talbot) in St. Michaels, MD just 3 doors past Carpenter Street Saloon. Look for the lavender building with a full-sized drift wood stallion and a metal dragonfly cow displayed on the outside.
