What is your primary product or service?
Provide custom windows treatments and interior design. Drapery, valanced, cornices, bedding, pillows, blinds, shades, shutters, fabric etc.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I always love fabric and looking at beautiful model homes and how they were decorated. I wanted my house to look like that when someone walked in. A home should be inviting when people come in and not over the top. A place you feel welcome in and can sit down on the sofa.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have a passion for helping others making their dreams come true. I don't mind saying let try that table over there or give my clients advise or how to achieve the look they want while I am there. My prices are very good and customer service is excellent, everything is professionally made and we stand by what we sell.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are a shop at home company.
