How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
1) Masters, Fine Arts Education: Including: Visual Art, Fashion Design, and Drafting.
2) Prior sewing experience. I worked for a few sewing companies and manufactures.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
1) Pay 100% attention to details, and carefully working with customers garments and fabrics;
2) An excellent listener and especially at fitting or consultation appointments
3) Never force clients to buy things, but give them best advice
4) Customers never wait for appointments.
5) Treating all customers equally with respect and understanding
6) Best quality products and services
