How long have you been in business?
Since 1986, 24 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Serve those in need with items such as food, furniture, appliances,
medical equipment, food (frozen & fresh),baby furniture and other items and the list go on. We also serve other organizations, about 130.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I grew up in the Philippines and Korea. Our family was among
the first to arrive after the war. All my life no matter what job I had I was always helping someone.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
In three ways; we do not sell anything or ask for a service charge, we are a one shop stop, we carry everything, and if you can show need, with referral you can own your house, car, etc. We also give tours to bueness, shools and clubs
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One main location in Crownsville State Hospital, however we have about 130 other agencies that work with us to help those in need.
